H Beam Build up Line

Description
This machine adopts PLC programmable and automatically control on clamping H beam and point welding. It is of high speed and efficiency.
The bidirectional automatic centering device can automatically complete the centering and positioning of plate without manual check and adjustment.
It has the automatic hydraulic elevating baffler rack and can automatically control on clamping H beam and point welding. It is easily operated and high quality.

Features:
1. The upper compaction device is equipped with a security system, so you can make assembly welding on the variable cross-section of beam.
2. It is automatic for centering and clamping, without manual adjustment for flange width. (Team fast and work efficiently).
3. The upper compaction device is positioned by Two-way four guide pressure, without whirling situations.
4. The machine hands synchronously support the clamping, and team fast.
5. There is the aligning device at the top of equipment, without manual alignment.
6. The pump station is equipped with fine filters.

Functions:
The flange, web of the assembly machine are positioned through linkage action. There are three sets of flange positioning device, driven by their respective hydraulic cylinder, automatic positioned by automatically centering device. The flange and web are clamped by hydraulic components automatically, there is no screw transmission mechanism to increase the flange, web flexibly clamping. When flange width is irregular caused by cutting or other reasons, and web thickness changed by lengthen welding seam, the machine can flexibly stretch without any affect of the workpiece.
